A pair of charming early 20th century oils on canvas. Painted in the English folk art style, the paintings both depict a horse and cart with F. Fairburn, Renishaw Mill painted on the side. Renishaw Mill was situated in Eckington Derbyshire. Both paintings are signed R W Crofts 1911 and 1918 respectively. In overall good condition, some scuff marks around the edges comensurate with age and a few very small grazes to one of the paintings - see photo.
