A barrister's bookcase by Gunn. Made in the Globe Wernicke style, this sectional stacking bookcase of 3 sections with up and over glass doors has all original brass handles and stands on tapered legs. Each section can be separated for easy transportation and assembly.
The Gunn Furniture Company of Michigan were founded in the 1870's and started manufacturing sectional bookcases in the early 20th century. 
This piece of furniture offers versatility for so many uses, be it as a bookcase, a display cabinet or an extra kitchen cabinet. It is in excellent original condition.
